Every day, participants receive a little daily inspiration, a personal journal, micro-coaching, and a couple proven exercises from neuroscience to put them at their very best. The Challenge is also gamified, creating friendly competition, while learning, building new habits, and creating fresh thinking.
It takes just a few minutes per day, and with consistent use, you will see a new level of ownership, accountability, and camaraderie within your team in just 30 days.
